Biography

Aleksandar Jokic is Professor of Philosophy at Portland State University, and Director of the Center for Philosophical Education in Santa Barbara. He is the author of Aspects of Scientific Discovery (1996), and the editor of War Crimes and Collective Wrongdoing (2001) and (with Quentin Smith) Time, Tense, and Reference (2002) and Consciousness: New Philosophical Perspectives (2002). His main research interests are in philosophy of time, applied ethics, and political philosophy.
